Our products are designed, assembled, crafted, prepared, or finished in Hong Kong depending on the individual product and design.

We aim to provide clear and accurate information about our products, pricing, shipping, returns, business identity, and customer service so that customers can make informed purchasing decisions.

2. Eligibility and Use of Our Services

By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country or region, or that you are using the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Handmade Products and Natural Variations

Many Cerisier Chic Crafts products are handmade or carefully finished in small batches.

As a result, minor differences in color, shape, size, floral placement, arrangement, pattern, texture, resin finish, decorative details, or other handmade characteristics may occur between individual pieces.

These natural handmade variations are part of the character of handmade accessories and are not normally considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs and descriptions accurately represent the products offered for sale.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography conditions, lighting, screen calibration, device settings, and display technology.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate and understandable information about each product, including relevant details such as materials, dimensions, colors, care information, handmade characteristics, and intended use where available.

Where product-specific information differs from general information elsewhere on our website, the product-specific information and applicable statutory rights will normally take priority.

We do not intentionally make false or misleading claims about product materials, origin, characteristics, availability, or performance.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Some products may be handmade in small quantities, produced in limited batches, or available only while supplies last.

We may update product availability, temporarily remove a product, discontinue a design, or limit purchase quantities where reasonably necessary.

We do not intentionally advertise products that we know are unavailable for purchase.

6. Pricing and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront available to you.

Prices may vary depending on your selected market, geographic location, currency, applicable taxes, duties, Shopify market settings, or other lawful pricing factors.

The product price, available shipping methods, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may update product prices before an order is placed.

If a clear pricing, currency, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error. Where necessary, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.

7. Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We may review, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Any material charges associated with your purchase will be disclosed before the order is completed, subject to any customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges that may be imposed separately.

9. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, check, pack, and dispatch an order and is separate from shipping or delivery time.

Because many of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches, processing may occasionally take longer during:

• Public holidays
• Seasonal periods
• Promotions
• New product launches
• Unusually high order volumes
• Other exceptional circumstances

If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate information or assistance.

10. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Hong Kong to selected international destinations.

We mainly use Hongkong Post e-Express for international orders where the service is available.

Other suitable postal or courier services may be used where necessary.

Shipping options, applicable delivery charges, estimated delivery information, and any available free shipping eligibility will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

11. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Customs clearance
• Destination-country postal services
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Weather
• Peak shopping periods
• Incorrect shipping information
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Where mandatory consumer law provides a specific delivery right or deadline, that mandatory legal requirement will apply.

For consumers protected by applicable European Union consumer law, where no different delivery time has been agreed, applicable legal delivery requirements remain unaffected by these Terms.

12. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please check your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If a parcel is delayed, returned, or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.

13. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, customs clearance fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless such charges have been collected at checkout or otherwise stated, they are generally the responsibility of the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Cerisier Chic Crafts does not control charges imposed independently by foreign customs authorities.

We are not responsible for customs delays outside our reasonable control.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, return shipping costs, refund timing, and applicable exclusions are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Return Policy limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

15. European Union and EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area and applicable EU consumer law applies to your purchase, you may have additional mandatory consumer rights.

For eligible distance purchases of goods, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If an order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the applicable withdrawal period may begin when the final eligible item is received, where required by law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must communicate a clear decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

16. Returning Goods After EU Withdrawal

Where an eligible EU or EEA consumer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the goods should normally be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw, subject to applicable law.

You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this responsibility has been clearly disclosed before purchase and where permitted by law.

We recommend using an appropriate tracked shipping service when returning goods.

You may handle or inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to what would normally be permitted when inspecting goods in a physical store.

Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.

17. Refunds Following EU Withdrawal

Where an eligible consumer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, we will provide the reimbursement required by applicable law.

This generally includes eligible payments received from you and, where required, the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered for the order.

Additional costs resulting from your decision to select a premium, upgraded, or express delivery method instead of the least expensive standard delivery option may not be refundable where permitted by law.

Where applicable, reimbursement will be made within the legally required period and using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and does not result in additional fees to you.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied appropriate evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

18. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where an exception is permitted under applicable law.

Examples may include:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications
• Clearly personalized products
• Certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed
• Other products specifically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law

Any exception will apply only where the legal requirements for that exception are satisfied.

We do not treat all earrings or pierced jewelry as automatically excluded from statutory EU withdrawal rights unless the applicable hygiene-related legal requirements are satisfied.

19. Faulty, Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights where goods are faulty, defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe there is a problem.

We may request your order number, photographs, packaging information, and a description of the issue so that we can investigate and assist you.

Nothing in any voluntary store return period limits mandatory legal remedies available for defective or non-conforming goods.

20. EU Legal Guarantee and Conformity Rights

Consumers protected by applicable European Union consumer law may have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods, beginning from delivery, subject to applicable national law.

If goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, applicable consumer law may entitle you to remedies including:

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, we generally recommend avoiding prolonged contact with:

• Sweat
• Strong pressure or impact
• Prolonged direct sunlight

23. Gift Packaging and Promotional Descriptions

Where gift packaging, special packaging, promotional items, discounts, or other benefits are offered, eligibility and availability may depend on the individual product, order, promotion, destination, or applicable campaign conditions.

We will not knowingly use false scarcity, fabricated discounts, fake countdowns, or misleading promotional claims.

24. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, message, or other content to us, you confirm that the content reflects your genuine experience or opinion to the best of your knowledge and does not knowingly contain false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing material.

We do not create, purchase, or knowingly publish fake customer reviews, fake orders, or fabricated testimonials.

If you give us permission to use customer content for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes, we may use it according to the permission provided and applicable law.
