Thank you for shopping with Cerisier Chic Crafts.
All orders are carefully prepared, checked, and packed by hand before shipment. Our handmade accessories are shipped from Hong Kong.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
As our products are handmade and carefully packed in small batches, processing time may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, promotions, or new product launches.
Shipping Method
We mainly use Hongkong Post e-Express for international orders.
Hongkong Post e-Express is an international postal service provided by Hongkong Post for sending items from Hong Kong to selected overseas destinations. It generally provides online tracking and delivery through the postal service of the destination country or region.
Available shipping options, delivery fees, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping to selected international destinations.
Please note that Hongkong Post e-Express service availability may vary by destination. If e-Express is not available for your country or region, we may use another suitable postal or courier service where possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country or region, the selected shipping method, customs clearance, local postal service, public holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Hongkong Post e-Express delivery time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. International deliveries may take longer during peak seasons, customs inspections, postal delays, or special circumstances.
Tracking Number
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
For Hongkong Post e-Express shipments, tracking information is usually available online. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the parcel has been accepted by the postal service.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
Cerisier Chic Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any customs duties, taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country or region.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned parcels, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or unclaimed mail, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Delayed, Lost, or Returned Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by Hongkong Post and/or the postal service or courier in the destination country or region.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need assistance, please contact us with your order number and tracking number, and we will do our best to help.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the parcel is in the postal or courier network.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We will help check the shipment status where possible. In some cases, investigation by the postal service may take additional time.
