At Cerisier Chic Crafts, each accessory is carefully checked before shipping. As our products are handmade accessories, please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days after you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, perfume, stains, or improper handling may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customized, personalized, final sale, or promotional items are also not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment service to process the refund.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Handmade Product Notice
As each item is handmade, slight differences in color, shape, floral placement, or finishing may occur. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
