Refund & Return Policy
At Cerisier Chic Crafts, each piece is carefully prepared, packed, and checked before shipping. As our items are handmade or small-batch accessories, slight variations may occur and are part of the natural character of handmade products.
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all customers, regardless of location, and is designed to align with clear, customer-friendly standards, including the European Union right of withdrawal where applicable.

14-Day Withdrawal and Return Window
You may notify us that you wish to return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order.
For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day the final item in the order is delivered.
If the final day of the return window falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline may be extended to the next working day where required by applicable law.
To start a return, please contact us or submit a return request before sending any item back. Items returned without prior contact or approval may not be accepted.

If you checked out using only a phone number, you may not be able to access the customer accounts URL without an email address. In that case, please use the link in your SMS order confirmation.

Returning the Item After Notifying Us
After you notify us that you wish to return an eligible item, you should send the item back within 14 days.
Please do not send any item back until your return request has been reviewed or confirmed.
Returned items should be securely packed to help prevent damage during return shipping.

Please take care when trying on or handling handmade accessories. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, perfume, makeup, or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items and Exemptions
For hygiene, customization, and handmade production reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Earrings or pierced jewelry, where hygiene protection applies

Personalized items

Made-to-order items that have already been specially created for you

Clearance or promotional items marked as non-returnable

Certain items may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including custom-made or clearly personalized goods and items that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed or used.
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through your customer account, the link in your SMS order confirmation, or by contacting us.
As many of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches, cancellation may not be possible once production, personalization, packing, or shipping has started.
If your order has already been shipped, it will be handled under our return policy.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items. Cerisier Chic Crafts is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

Refund of Original Shipping Costs
If you exercise a valid right of withdrawal for an eligible order, we will refund the price paid for the returned eligible item and the original standard outbound shipping cost, where required by applicable law.
If you selected an upgraded, express, or premium shipping option, we may only refund up to the cost of the standard delivery option.
Original shipping fees may not be refunded for partial returns unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item, or within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges because many items are handmade, limited in quantity, or one-of-a-kind.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

Handmade Product Notice
Cerisier Chic Crafts products are handmade or carefully finished in small batches. Minor differences in shape, color, pattern, size, or arrangement may occur.
These natural handmade variations are not considered defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.

This policy does not limit or replace any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
